Miles and Exercise
Hello, my name is Miles. I rescued Dr. Iverson when he adopted me from Austin Pets Alive a few years ago. Now I am his running buddy. We run a lot at town lake together. That is why he named me Miles. He thinks my name is hysterical and says so every time we run a few miles. Whatever. I am talking to you today to point out the weather is particularly nice this weekend and I hope you can all go outside and get some exercise. I know it will make you feel better!
